Danielle Coffaro immersed herself in the restaurant world at age 14. Starting out as a busser in her hometown of Webster, New York, she soon set her sights on a career in management. Coffaro’s quest to provide excellent service and noteworthy cuisine has contributed to her success.
Coffaro graduated summa cum laude from Pace University for Hospitality and Tourism Management. Her leadership skills were recognized by the Fireman Hospitality Group and she was promoted to manage the Brooklyn Diner in New York’s Times Square. While there, she learned firsthand how to successfully manage a tourist destination, execute large events, and the importance of personally connecting with guests. Eager to grow her career, Coffaro accepted a position as beverage director for URBO, developing craft cocktails and premier wine lists for three venues.
A desire to live in the tropics brought Coffaro to Florida to work at the historic Waldorf Astoria at the Boca Raton Resort & Club. She was quickly promoted to lead the teams at Bar Luna, Monkey Bar, and Morimoto Restaurant. Later, as the general manager of SeaGrille Restaurant and the Ocean Bar at the Boca Beach Club, Coffaro went on to create memorable experiences and special events for both members and guests.
Now, after being appointed to oversee Beacon, Coffaro is enthusiastic about elevating the expectations and experiences of the Jupiter community.
